Crew Carwash

The best carwash by far! The lines always move fast, you don't have to get out of your vehicle, their machine washes vehicles very well and the dryers work better than any other place that has a machine drying system. There is plenty of dryer vents blowing air but there's also 120 degree coils throughout. I always have good experiences here and the visit today was the best. My kids and I waved when we pulled up and a young lady waved back, like normal, and then when we were about to go through the gate, she ran inside and came over to give my kids one of their mascot mini plushies! That was such a nice surprise and my kids love them. Those are the little things that gain customers, such a nice and thoughtful thing to do. She didn't have to run inside and grab those but she went the extra mile and we really appreciate it and don't want it to go unrecognized! I wish I would have caught her name to give her a shout-out but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Highly recommend getting a membership here. Great customer service, fast and convenient. Well worth it!

Been a customer for years and loved the carwash and staff in West St Paul. However, there was a malfunction with the wash that caused the brushes to run far tighter to the truck than normal causing a scattered series of scratches down the side of my truck from nose to tail. Filed a claim with them and it was denied without even looking at the truck. The letter I received and the caller I spoke with both told me it was impossible for the wash to do damage. Really? IMPOSSIBLE? (This seems to be their canned response) My truck WAS in pristine condition and this is the ONLY car wash I use as it's a block from my office. YOU SCRATCHED MY TRUCK and failed to do your due diligence or even come look at it. Their reply: "Call you insurance company and let them deal with it" Shame on you...why would I do that if you did the damage. Lost a customer forever and the 12 other trucks in my fleet. Bye! If you care about your vehicle, find somewhere else. They WILL NOT fix it if they damage it. UPDATE: HA!!!!! This auto-response below is nothing more than gibberish. I DID call you (noted in the feedback above) and you have all the details prior to my posting this review. But becau

My car always comes out clean with no issues and the unlimited plan is definitely worth it. Everyone that works here seems really chill and friendly. I can't believe some people gave poor reviews because they don't have a location closer to them.

LOVED my experience here. Lots of good options for washes plus vacuums at the end. If you aren’t satisfied with the wash you can go through again for free. They have little bags for trash and wipes for your car. The crew did not pressure me to upgrade my wash. They gave stickers to my daughter and drew a little picture on her window. Love a place that cares so much!! Everyone was nice and smiling and the line went very quick!

My car hasn’t been this clean since before I moved to Minnesota in January. Finding a good car wash with vacuums (that work) has been a bit tricky. The vacuums and detailing air tool are so helpful, and my car looks great! Highly recommend!
